The light source used by the special laser marking machine for wood products is CO2 laser, whose main wavelength is 10.64um, so it absorbs non-metallic materials better. The carbon dioxide gas is filled into the high-voltage discharge tube to produce a glow discharge, which releases the gas molecules. Laser, after amplifying the laser energy, forms a laser beam for material processing. The laser beam vaporizes the surface of the workpiece to achieve the purpose of engraving. This kind of laser is basically a special equipment for wood products. After careful tuning by us, the marking efficiency is better and more accurate.
